Wandering Wednesday (In my mind)

Sitting here looking out my window dreaming of a distant land (most likely land surrounded by deep blue seas and sand however, beggars can’t be choosy – as my mom would always say), whilst pondering my next journey.  If only I could close my eyes and POOF find myself traipsing hither and fro, but where would I go?

Well I was looking around on TripAdvisor after receiving the email from them stating my last review was a hit (don’t they always say that or should I feel special?) and voila I come across…..

  1. OH the TripAdvisor lists are so addictive. I almost begin drooling when one comes out and then the research begins ( on my part ) to see if they are right or not. Ha Ha. I have been to all the locations on this list except Istanbul and Buenos Aires. Istanbul and Turkey have been “want to sees” forever for me and BA, I have only heard amazing things about… apparently the Paris of South America and a place that is easy to slow travel in (spend lots of time).

    1. …..and now I am wrought with envy…I’ve got some catching up to do lol! I’ve heard amazing things about Buenos Aires and also have that country logged away on my “to-see” list. I absolutely love TripAdvisor as it’s a really helpful tool for researching destinations, hotels, and just about anything else related to travel. I swear I’ve got join your “four camels and a coffee to go” so I can get my stamps up lol!!!!

      1. I use TripAdvisor now more than any guide book even for what to see on the ground – not just for hotels and restaurants. It is up to date and if you read enough comments, you can find people that seem like similar travellers and follow what they say.
